Employment-Law-Expert is a charity that provides United Kingdom employment law information to the public in general and to employees and employers in particular. The summaries provided on this website are free.

There is also additional material on the site which is available to download in the form of PDF (Adobe Acrobat documents). These are detailed and in-depth considerations of the individual topics covered and a fee of £5.00 (GBP) is payable for each download. The fee system replaces the voluntary donations formula which applied before. The fees will go towards the cost of running, maintaining and expanding our service and ensure that we can continue providing the short summaries free of charge to anyone wishing to access them.

We also reserve the right to charge in respose to individual enquiries by email.
